All bookings are facilitated through Clinko. Payments for treatments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Third-Party Services

Our booking system uses Cliniko as a third-party service provider. By booking through our site, you consent to Cliniko’s use of your data as outlined in their privacy policy. Additionally, Google Analytics is used to track non-personal data to improve site performance.

Liability
